Terms of Service

By using SafeHive ("Service"), you agree to the following terms. SafeHive is a cybersecurity platform designed to protect organizations from browser-based threats.

1. Usage License
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install the SafeHive browser extension on devices owned or managed by your organization for the purpose of security monitoring.

2. Disclaimer of Warranty
While SafeHive utilizes advanced heuristics and threat intelligence to block malicious activity, no security solution is 100% effective. The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind.

3. Limitation of Liability
SafeHive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data.

Privacy Policy

We take your organization's privacy seriously. SafeHive is designed with a "Privacy by Design" approach.

1. Data Collection
We do not log your employees' full browsing history. Analyzing occurs locally on the device. We only collect data when:

A security event occurs (e.g., a site is blocked or flagged as suspicious).
An asset inventory scan runs (listing installed extensions).
Telemetry heartbeats (containing device health status).

2. Data Usage
collected data is used solely to provide security reporting to your organization's administrators and to improve our threat detection engine.
